Setting up new employees


  1. Add them to Bitwarden
  2. Create a new collection with their name (underneath "Staff")


  1. Purchase Mountain Duck license
  2. Add license file to Bitwarden
  3. Add IAM user (no console access)
  4. Add user to the appropriate group(s)
  5. Create IAM Access key (select 3rd party service)
  6. Add access info to Bitwarden
  7. Add IAM Identity Center user (select Generate a one-time password that you can share with this user.)
  8. Add user to the appropriate group(s)
  9. Add user login info to Bitwarden


  1. Create Fastmail user accounts
  2. Add them to Bitwarden
